Sales Executives and Dealer Coordinators are entitled to above-industry salaries and allowances as well as commissions and incentives. Consistent sales performers can look forward to yearly all-expense paid incentive trips to Asian cities, the US East and West Coasts, Australia, New Zealand, or Europe.
